Set in its own beautiful gardens on the edge of the village, this highly individual hotel has great
home-spun charm and style. We stayed three nights in the very comfortable Grenadilla suite,
accessed
up a curved wooden stairway. The views accross the lake were breath-taking, and the little private
veranda a great place to watch humming birds and fire-flies from. The restaurant does excellent
food, and good cheap breakfasts can also be had next door at the Moonfish caf

We loved the hotel. It is truly a unique work of art! Everything was spotless and the attention from
the staff was always warm and friendly. Helmut and Theresa are gracious hosts.
We stayed in the Cascada room, which is amazing and has a spectacular view of the sunrise from the
bed. And morning coffee on the private patio was great!
The feel of the hotel is that of being tucked away in a beautiful private hideaway.

EVENING DINING WAS A REAL TREAT. LILY CAN COOK! AND MOSTLY ORGANIC VEGGIES AND SMALL PLATES OF
ASSORTED TREATS. A VERY SPECIAL PLACE ON PLANET EARTH. AND TO ADD SPOTLESSLY CLEAN AND JUST SIMPLY
GREAT! LILY AND NEILS ARE WONDERFUL HOSTS AND MOST HELPFUL IN MAKING OUR STAY PERFECT!
